NOVAXIS Solutions India Private Limited ("NOVAXIS", "we", "us", or "our") is a deep-tech
infrastructure company registered in India and headquartered in Kochi, Kerala — 682018.
We engineer AI-powered mesh networks for remote regions, disaster zones, maritime vessels,
and agricultural environments.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data
when you visit novaxis.in
or submit an inquiry through our partnership form. It is compliant with
India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
Data We Collect
We collect data only in two ways:
1. Partnership inquiry form — when you submit the contact form, we collect:
- Name or Organisation name
- Email address
- Ecosystem focus area (selected from a dropdown)
- Mission parameters / message (free text you enter)
2. Website analytics — when you browse the site, our analytics provider collects:
- Pages visited and time spent
- Referring website or search query
- Browser type, device type, and operating system
- Approximate location (country and city — derived from IP; IP itself is not stored)
- Interaction events (button clicks, scroll depth)
We do not collect payment details, government ID, sensitive personal data, or data from minors.
How We Use Your Data
- To respond to your partnership or collaboration inquiry via email
- To understand which parts of the site are most valuable and improve them
- To measure traffic sources and marketing effectiveness
- To detect and prevent technical errors or security issues
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for commercial purposes.
Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party processors. Each operates under its own privacy policy:
Web3Forms
Processes contact form submissions and delivers them to our inbox. Data is transmitted securely and not retained beyond delivery.
Google Analytics 4
Website analytics. IP anonymisation is enabled. Data is retained for 26 months per GA4 default. Google Privacy Policy.
Vercel
Hosting platform. Vercel may log request metadata (IP, user agent) for security and performance. Vercel Privacy Policy.
Google Fonts & Font Awesome
Typography CDNs. These services may log your IP address when fonts are fetched. No personal data is stored by us as a result.
Spline (homepage only)
3D interactive viewer embedded on the homepage. Spline may collect anonymised usage telemetry. Spline Privacy Policy.
GSAP / Three.js (cdnjs)
Animation libraries served via Cloudflare CDN. These are static assets; no personal data is collected.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies:
- Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics 4 to distinguish unique visits and track session behaviour. These are first-party cookies (
_ga, _ga_*). Expiry: 2 years.
- Session cookies — temporary browser cookies used to maintain basic site functionality. Deleted when you close the browser.
You can disable or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the site.
Data Retention
- Form submissions — retained in our email inbox for up to 12 months for follow-up purposes, then deleted.
- Analytics data — retained for 26 months by Google Analytics 4 (the minimum available retention period).
- Server logs — Vercel infrastructure logs are retained for a short period (typically 30 days) for security and debugging.
Your Rights under DPDP Act 2023
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights as a Data Principal:
- Right to access — request a summary of what personal data we hold about you.
- Right to correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal or operational constraints.
- Right to grievance redressal — raise a complaint with our Data Protection Officer.
- Right to withdraw consent — withdraw consent for data processing at any time (this does not affect prior lawful processing).

Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data through our site, please contact us immediately at innovate@novaxis.in and we will delete it promptly.
International Transfers
Some third-party services listed above (Google Analytics, Vercel) may process your data outside India. These transfers occur under standard contractual clauses or equivalent legal frameworks. By using our website, you acknowledge this.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The effective date at the top of this page will always indicate the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on our website.
